4WD Interiors Shipping policy

 

Most items are always held in stock as we are the manufacturer of the Drawer System, Roof Console, Top Shelf, Door Pockets and Accessories.

Once an order is received, it will usually be processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) .

If a product is out of stock or delayed, you will be notified by email with product timelines and/or any options available.

Once your product has been despatched, you will receive an email with a copy of the Tax Invoice and tracking information.  

 

Shipping and Handling Policy

Whilst every attempt will be made to source door to door delivery when selected, this is not possible in some cases, mainly with drawer systems. In particular, orders with any of the following attributes may need to be directed to your nearest freight depot for customer collection.

 

v  Where the customer has provided a residential address

v  Where the customer has requested delivery to a remote location

v  Where the customer has requested delivery to a country / regional location

v  Where the total weight of the ordered item exceeds 30kg or 1 metre in length.

 

To ensure the highest chance of door-to-door delivery, please provide a commercial address with a forklift on site for shipping of your products.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If your country is not listed, please email us at sales@4wdinteriors.com with details of the item you are interested in, and your shipping address for a quote.    

 

Local Pickup

4WD Interiors offers local pickup as an option at checkout to customers located in Melbourne (Dandenong South) and Cairns.

 4WD Interiors will email or call you to confirm when items are ready for collection.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note, shipping to P.O boxes is only available for some items; mainly Roof Consoles, Door Pockets and accessories.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged or is faulty in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@4wdinteriors.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition or issue. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will endeavour to work towards an efficient and satisfactory solution.
