4WD Interiors Shipping Policy

We aim to keep all of our 4WD Interiors manufactured products—including our Drawer Systems, Roof Consoles, Top Shelves, Door Pockets, and accessories—in stock and ready to ship.

Other brands listed on our site are subject to our suppliers' lead times and may not always be in stock. Additionally, some specific products, such as ute canopies, are exclusively available for local pickup or professional fitting at our Melbourne or Cairns locations and cannot be shipped.

⏱️ Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Dispatch time: Orders process within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Delivery window: Shipping can take up to 10 working days from dispatch.
  • Carrier control: Once an item leaves our warehouse, delivery timelines are managed by our third-party carriers.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link and Tax Invoice via email upon dispatch. Please allow 48 hours for tracking links to update.
  • Stock delays: We will email you immediately with timelines if an item is backordered.

🚚 Delivery Policy & Redelivery Fees

Where 4WD Interiors manages transport, the method and choice of carrier are at our sole discretion.

  • Authority to Leave (ATL): All deliveries are automatically sent with Authority to Leave if no one is home.
  • No ATL Requests: If you request "No Authority to Leave," you will be strictly liable for any carrier redelivery fees if the delivery is missed, and/or be redirected to your nearest depot.
  • Remote Areas: In certain remote locations, door-to-door service is unavailable. If this applies, your order will be forwarded to your nearest freight depot for customer collection.

💳 Shipping Rates & PO Boxes

  • Drawer Systems: Flat rate of $150 Australia-wide per system.
  • Other Items: Shipping costs vary by item and are calculated live at checkout.
  • PO Boxes: Only available for smaller items (Roof Consoles, Door Pockets, and accessories). Large items cannot be sent to PO Boxes.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Calculated at checkout: Shipping costs are displayed at checkout for supported regions.
  • Unlisted countries: Email sales@4wdinteriors.com with your address and desired items for a custom quote.

📍 Local Pickup & Fitting

Free local pickup is available as an option at checkout for the following locations:

  • Melbourne (Dandenong South)
  • Cairns

Note: We will contact you via phone or email to confirm when your order is ready for collection or to schedule a fitting appointment.

Damaged, Faulty, or Missing Orders

Please inspect all goods immediately upon arrival.

  • Transit Damage: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to ensure we can successfully file a transit damage claim with the carrier.
  • Faulty, Missing, or Stolen Items: For any product faults, item shortages, or undelivered/stolen parcels, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery (or within 14 days of the latest estimated delivery date for missing parcels).
  • Item Acceptance: In line with our Conditions of Sale, products are legally deemed accepted if no issue is reported within this 14-day window.
