1. Introduction & Ownership
This website is operated by Plant Holdings Pty Ltd T/A 4WD Interiors (ABN: 74 927 318 252), referred to as "we", "us", or "our". These Terms & Conditions apply to your access to this website and the purchase of any products from us. By using this website, you also acknowledge that your personal data is handled in accordance with our standalone Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Orders & Stock Availability

Order Processing: When you place an order, we will process it and notify you via email regarding any stock shortages, lead times, or supplier delays.

Records: Please retain your order confirmation number for any future customer service queries.
3. Pricing & Payments

Currency & GST: All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless expressly stated otherwise.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Once an order is accepted, pricing is fixed.

Payment Methods: Public/Retail orders must be prepaid via credit card, PayPal, Stripe, or other methods provided at checkout. Orders will not be processed until full payment is cleared.

Title of Goods: Ownership and legal title of the goods remain with 4WD Interiors until full payment has been received.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All rules, rates, tracking, restrictions, and delivery conditions—including flat rates, regional depot collections, and Authority to Leave (ATL) terms—are strictly governed by our Shipping Policy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in that policy.
5. Consumer Guarantees & Product Warranties
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For any major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
Product-specific manufacturer warranties vary depending on the item and brand purchased. All detailed warranty periods, exclusions, third-party supplier terms, and return procedures are strictly governed by our Warranty & Returns Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All product designs, illustrations, photography, graphics, logos, text, and related materials on this website are the intellectual property of 4WD Interiors. Any unauthorized duplication, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials without our express written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Force Majeure
4WD Interiors will not be liable for any delay, loss, or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure is caused by events outside our reasonable control (including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or industrial action).
Section 8: Specific Terms for Wholesale Account Holders (B2B Only)
The following clauses apply strictly to approved commercial buyers, dealers, and wholesale account holders, and do not apply to standard retail consumers:

Payment Terms: Payment for goods supplied to valid credit account holders is strictly due on the number of days agreed to at account set up.

Default & Debt Collection: If a commercial account holder fails to pay an invoice by the due date, the Buyer agrees to indemnify the Seller for all collection costs, including legal fees.

Suspension of Supply: We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any outstanding orders, accounts, or supply agreements if the Buyer defaults on payments, undergoes a change in corporate control, or enters liquidation/administration.

Revocation of Intellectual Property & Marketing Rights: Approved wholesale accounts are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use 4WD Interiors intellectual property—including product names, imagery, branding, logos, and digital assets—solely to market and sell our products. If an account operates outside of our trading terms, falls into default, or breaches credit agreements, this license will be immediately revoked. Upon written notice, the Buyer must instantly cease using our brand names, remove all 4WD Interiors imagery and product listings from their website/marketing material, and return (items that the supplier owns) or destroy (items that you own) any physical point-of-sale displays.

Recovery of Property: Until wholesale invoices are paid in full, title remains with 4WD Interiors. To the extent permitted by law, the Buyer grants 4WD Interiors the license to access premises where the unpaid goods are stored solely for the purpose of reclaiming our property if an account defaults.
